Missouri S&T won the Missouri Collegiate Math Competition for the 2nd year in a row. The team consisted of Maddy Kovaleski, Braden Stillmaker, and Quinlin Neuhaus. The competition took place on April 11th and 12th where over 20 teams of 2-3 students from various Missouri colleges competed in 2 sessions. The team won with a very high score of 77/100.

Braden Stillmaker earned the highest score in the state of Missouri, earning a top-500 rank in the prestigious Putnam Exam, an infamously challenging annual math competition taken by thousands of students across the USA. He scored a 32 on the exam where the median score is a 2 and the mean score is a 0. Braden is part of Missouri S&T's Math Competition Club led by Dr. C. J. Lungstrum and supported by the Math Department Chair, Dr. Xiaoming Wang.
Missouri S&T won the Missouri Collegiate Math Competition for the 1st year in over 15 years. The team consisted of Braden Stillmaker, Jake Mason, and Landon Stephen. The competition took place on March 30th and 31st where over 20 teams of 2-3 students from various Missouri colleges competed in 2 sessions. The team won with a near perfect score of 97/100, winning by 25 points.
